If you're interested in having a Web site built, or just a page put out there, send me an e-mail that provides answers to the questions below. Every piece of detail that you can give me about the kind of site you want allows me to make a closer estimate. If you don't know an answer, that's okay, just tell me whatever you can instead:

1) Is this a personal site or a business site?
2) Do you want a full site or just a page?
3) If you want a full site, can you estimate roughly how many pages?
4) Do you want your site to have original graphics?
5) If this site is for a business, is there an existing logo?
6) Will you be providing the site's textual content?
7) Will your site have a lot of images? Photogalleries?
8) Will you be providing the site's photo content?
9) Do you know if the site will have things like a chatroom, forum or blog?

And last but not least:
10) Will you be requiring site maintenance (updates) after the site is built?

My rates are fair and competitive. A downpayment would be required.
